The Maryland Department of Aging is working to ensure that all older adults lead healthy, financially secure, socially connected, and purposeful lives. To that end, our state is developing a multisector plan for aging, Longevity Ready Maryland (LRM), a blueprint for government, private, and nonprofit sectors to positively transform norms, systems, programs, and services to build a thriving aging society and invite you to be part of the process. They are providing opportunities to attend live streams or watch recorded videos of the LRM workgroup meetings. They also invite you to participate in the January 2025 public comment period through online and in-person Town Hall meetings.
