This new center, created by a partnership between Laurel and the State, will expand services for the homeless, the ill, the hungry, and so many others in need. District 21 Awards Scholarships to Beltsville Students
Delegates Joseline Peña-Melnyk, Ben Barnes, Mary Lehman, and I award college scholarships to Beltsville students each year. We are happy to highlight our scholarship recipients and wish them a successful academic year. One outstanding Beltsville student is Briana Gonzalez Bastida, who will attend the University of Maryland, College Park and major in General Biological Sciences, focusing on Pre-Med.
