Our May 18 meeting will have a singer-Melissa Christenson, a local lady, to entertain us. Shirley D. still has many one day trips you can sign up for. We get on the bus at the Community Center and return there (plenty of parking). We’ll also have refreshments, a Ways & Means table of treasures, and a chance at the 50/50 winnings. Please come & bring a friend—you only have to be 55 years old to join us, not just live in Beltsville.
Our June 15 meeting is going to be a potluck meal that people will start signing up for in April. We always have plenty of food.
We will not meet in July and August, because the community center needs “our” room to have their “kids camp”. But we’ll be back on September 21—same place and time.
