Most of our scouts have almost completed their ranks and now we look forward to doing electives and having fun outside! The scouts have been working hard to complete their requirements. Great job- Scouts!!
On Saturday, March 15th the pack held our Pinewood Derby at Beltsville Community Center. The Pack 1031 winners were Rowan M, 1st Place, Greyson L, 2nd Place and Quincy S, 3rd Place. All the scouts did a great job on their cars.
In the end of April, we will be helping clean the Little Paint Branch Trail as part of the Anacostia Watershed Society Earth Day cleanup.

I do recommend that families contact me and come by to a prearranged pack event to see if your child is interested in joining our Pack. We do have scouts from several area schools and are happy to welcome new scouts especially in the summertime and in the fall when we start our annual program.
If you are interested in Cub Scouts, contact Regina Halper at Pack1031cubscouting@gmail.com for information. We are a family scouting unit. During the school year we meet at Beltsville Academy for our den meetings and in the summer, we meet twice a month in the parks.
