Leno Angelo Cressotti, 86, passed away peacefully with family by his side on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at home in Beltsville, MD.
He was preceded unexpectedly in death early in life by his first wife, Norma English, and second wife later in life, Eleanor Delores, as well as sister, Irma Ager. He is survived by sibling Lee Naccarato; children Terry Wilcher (Steve), Michael (Kim), Lino (Bonnie), Steven (Kathy), and Elizabeth Hart (Jack); stepchildren, James Lowery (Ruth), Patrick Lowery (Eldia), Theresa Perry; 18 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and beloved pup JoJo.
Mr. Cressotti graduated Hyattsville High School in 1951 and enlisted in the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force, Leno traveled abroad and stateside and was honorably discharged in 1955. After his time in the Air Force, he worked various jobs in construction and service before he took a job at the Department of Defense, where he worked through to retirement in 1993.
Just before retirement, Mr. Cressotti moved to Hedgesville, WV, with wife Eleanor, where he enjoyed gardening and woodworking. He spent the end of his life with his family in Beltsville, MD. Interment Rosedale Cemetery, Martinsburg, WV.
