The May/June meeting of the Citizen's Association will be on Tuesday, June 5, at 7 pm at Beltsville Academy, 4300 Wicomico Ave, Beltsville, MD 20705
We will have a presentation for a proposed medical marijuana facility. The proposed site is in the shopping center on the northbound side of Route 1 just after Powder Mill Road and across from the CVS shopping center.
We will also have updates on a proposed hotel located on Rhode Island Avenue next to Twin Chimneys Office Park.
Behnkes will share the final plans that have been submitted to MNCPPC for approval.
