Dr. Carolyn Byerly, a member of Paint Branch and Chair of the Department of Communication, Culture, and Media Studies, School of Communications at Howard University, will moderate the session.
Panelists:
Jonathan Hutto, author, activist, and founder of the Prince Georges’ County People’s Coalition, will address police accountability
Dr. Clint C. Wilson, Emeritus Professor of Communication, Culture, and Media Studies at Howard University, will address news coverage of African Americans in the media
